The first floor features a second kitchen and another comfortable sitting and dining area, ideal for larger groups who enjoy flexibility during their stay. Three bedrooms are located on this level. One has a double bed and its own bathroom with a shower. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom with both a shower and a bathtub; one of these rooms has two single beds, while the other includes a bunk-style twin arrangement. This setup works wonderfully for families with children.

The top floor hosts two spacious master bedrooms, each with a large double bed, en-suite bathroom and its own private balcony. These balconies are beautifully shaded and offer relaxing views of the surrounding nature, making them perfect spots for your morning coffee or a quiet evening drink.

Outdoor living is one of the villa’s biggest highlights. A large 4×12 m private pool invites you to unwind under the Cretan sun, surrounded by comfortable sunbeds and shaded seating areas. There is a lovely terrace directly accessible from the ground floor, ideal for enjoying meals together, as well as a lounge corner with bamboo furniture. Several sandy beaches lie within 5–10 km, while Chania is 25 km away and Rethymno just 35 km.
