“Our stay at Villa Solena in Crete was simply perfect from start to finish. We would especially like to highlight the exceptional hospitality of the host. He was always incredibly friendly, helpful, and above all very accommodating. Even though we arrived much earlier than expected, he allowed us to check in early without any issues, which was truly invaluable after our journey. On the day of departure, he also let us stay in the villa much longer because our flight was late in the evening – something that definitely cannot be taken for granted and made the end of our holiday so much more relaxing. The host was always available and quick to help whenever we needed anything. Whether it was extra towels or questions about our stay, he immediately took care of everything and was consistently warm, polite, and attentive. The villa itself was spotless, very well maintained, and prepared with great attention to detail. From the very first moment, we felt welcome and comfortable. Everything was tidy, comfortable, and exactly what you would hope for in a relaxing vacation. What impressed us most was the genuine kindness and dedication of the host. You could immediately tell that he truly cared about his guests and wanted them to have the best possible stay. Service like this is rare to find. We can wholeheartedly recommend Villa Solena and would return anytime. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!”
