Description
Petasos Villa 1 is a newly constructed villa located on the outskirts of Sellia village, just a few kilometers away from the famous tourist resorts of Souda Bay and Plakias. These resorts offer a wide range of amenities and boast magnificent sandy beaches. About 200 meters from the villa, you'll find a couple of taverns and supermarkets, and the stunning beaches of Souda Bay and Plakias are just a 7-minute drive down the hill.
Petasos Villa has a total area of 80 sqm and features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. On the ground floor, there is a double bedroom with twin beds that can be converted into a double bed, along with an en-suite bathroom with a spacious shower and WC. Additionally, you'll find a beautiful open-plan living and dining area that connects to a fully equipped modern kitchen. This level features large French windows that lead to a spacious veranda with patio furniture, offering marvelous views of the Libyan Sea and the surrounding area. An internal staircase leads to the upper floor, where you'll discover the second bedroom and a spacious shower/WC.
The villa is equipped with a 25 sqm private swimming pool and an attached kids' pool with a shaded area (pergola) where you'll find a barbecue and outdoor furniture to enjoy your meals. It is fully air-conditioned, offers free WiFi, and provides satellite TV. The property also has its own parking area.
Plakias is a coastal settlement in southern Crete, located 40 km south of Rethymno. It is home to 237 permanent residents and is nestled within a cove that features a stunning 1,300-meter-long sandy beach. This area is ideal for swimming and various water sports. Plakias is part of the municipalities of Selia (western part) and Mirthios (eastern part), which are a couple of picturesque villages not far from Plakias. The natural beauty of the region has made Plakias a well-known tourist destination that now offers all the facilities a visitor could desire. Es handelt sich um eine super schöne, grosszügige Ferienwohnung auf 2 Étagen mit eigenem Pool. Wirklich toll. Auch die Sicht ist hervorragend. Die Wohnung ist topmodern eingerichtet, was uns auch sehr gut gefällt.

Leider war die Wohnung überhaupt nicht gut geputzt. Vorallem die Bäder nicht. Die eine WC-Schüssel war dreckig (Foto vorhanden), ebenfalls wurden die Wasserhähnen nicht geputzt, die Spiegel waren nicht sauber, auf den WC-Spülungen waren Fingerabdrücksee more
Leider war die Wohnung überhaupt nicht gut geputzt. Vorallem die Bäder nicht. Die eine WC-Schüssel war dreckig (Foto vorhanden), ebenfalls wurden die Wasserhähnen nicht geputzt, die Spiegel waren nicht sauber, auf den WC-Spülungen waren Fingerabdrücke, Seifenspender und weitere Utensilien waren alle sehr schmuddlig und nicht geputzt. Auch sonst war alles sehr staubig (Lampen, Fernseh etc.). Das A und O einer Ferienwohnung ist die Sauberkeit. Als Gast erwartet man eine absolut gut geputzte und saubere Wohnung. Erst recht für diesen Preis. Das war leider nicht der Fall, was uns sehr gestört hat. Schade, denn die Unterkunft selber ist top. Was wir vermisst haben ist ein richtiger, grösserer Wäscheständer, damit all die Tücher und Badekleider nach dem Strand aufgehängt und getrocknet werden können. Der Mini-Ständer oben auf dem Balkon zum ausziehen reicht für eine 4-köpfige Familie niemals aus. Ebenfalls hatten wir z.B. als Besteck nur 3 Messer anstelle 4 und auch nur 1 Schälchen für Müsli, was auch da für eine 4-köpfige Familie nicht ausreicht. Wir haben dann 1 Schälchen dazu gekauft.
