Skine Dream Villa is a charming stone-built retreat that blends traditional character with modern comfort. This cozy two-story villa features 2 bedrooms, a private pool, and a peaceful atmosphere—ideal for guests seeking relaxation in a quiet spot surrounded by nature.
Entering the ground floor, you are welcomed into a bright open-plan living area with a Smart TV, a dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen. One of the sofas can comfortably accommodate one extra guest, making the villa suitable for families or small groups up to five persons. A guest WC is also available on this level.
An internal staircase (as well as an external one) leads to the upper floor, where you will find two air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a double bed. They share a modern shower/WC. Both bedrooms open onto a spacious balcony with outdoor furniture, offering beautiful views of the White Mountains.
French windows from the living area open to a covered pergola next to the pool, complete with comfortable seating, an outdoor dining table, and a BBQ—ideal for al fresco meals.
The villa’s private pool (38 m², including a children’s section) is surrounded by a lush 1,100 m² garden filled with grass, trees, and colorful flowers. Sunbeds and umbrellas are provided for long, relaxing moments under the Cretan sun.
The neighborhood is tranquil and green, with peaceful village paths perfect for walking. The village center is just 700 m away (around 8 minutes on foot), offering a mini-market, traditional cafés, a pharmacy, a restaurant, and a butcher shop. A bus stop in the village provides easy access to nearby areas and to Chania, only 16 km away. The famous resort of Platanias is located 13 km away, while Agia Marina is 16 km away, giving you great options for lively beaches, restaurants, bars, and entertainment.

The villa is in its own grounds in a lovely village. A lovely outside space to relax in. Watching the swallows drinking from the pool was entertaining. The pool was nice to swim in. Unfortunately it was 2 metres deep and therefore no good for pool gsee more
The villa is in its own grounds in a lovely village. A lovely outside space to relax in. Watching the swallows drinking from the pool was entertaining. The pool was nice to swim in. Unfortunately it was 2 metres deep and therefore no good for pool games. There was a shallow section for children to one side of the pool. The views of the White Mountains that were spectacular. There was plenty of crockery, glasses and cutlery. The neighbours are lovely. We loved being in the village and amongst locals. Yolanda is a lovely person and very friendly and always replied to any questions promptly.

The villa, as lovely but sadly needs some changes to make it more modern. A new efficient oven and hob. More light in the kitchen as it’s very dark. Cupboards and drawers downstairs contained personal items. The food cupboard was full and we used it see more

Cupboards and drawers downstairs contained personal items. The food cupboard was full and we used it with difficulty. The shower and cubicle could do with being replaced. In saying this I really enjoyed the villa and we enjoyed our holiday there. The villa could be fabulous.
