Pyrgos Exclusive Villas is a charming complex comprising 4 villas, each offering 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with a maximum capacity of 5 persons in each villa. Nestled within this complex are magnificent two-bedroom villas, each providing an extraordinary view of the mysterious Libyan Sea. These elegant rural villas offer guests a breathtaking vista of the Libyan Sea, creating an impression that Africa is just a stone's throw away. The famous village of Plakias can also be admired from these villas, as there is nothing to obstruct the panoramic view of the infinite blue sea in the southern part of Crete.
Perched on a hillside, Pyrgos Exclusive Villas enjoy a privileged location that will captivate every visitor seeking awe-inspiring sea views and relaxation. These villas are situated a mere 2 km from the renowned organized sandy beach of Plakias and approximately 3 km from the village itself.
The interior decor is characterized by simplicity and minimalism, while the outdoor areas offer great comfort. The villas are visually pleasing from all angles, inviting guests to relax in the living room or by the pool, where they can never tire of gazing at the blue expanse of the southern sea and its romantic sunsets.
Each villa features a one-story layout. Upon entering, you'll find a living-dining area, an open-plan kitchen, and a modern shower/WC. In addition, there are 2 bedrooms—one with a double bed and an en-suite shower/WC, and the other with 2 single beds. All bedrooms are equipped with individual air-conditioning units and flat-screen TVs. Each room has direct access to the veranda and the pool area. From there, a staircase leads to a spacious shaded patio with a barbecue and spectacular views.
The pool at each villa measures 18 sqm. These villas are licensed by the National Tourism Organization.

The surrounding area is blessed with some of Crete's most beautiful beaches. The nearby renowned beach of Preveli, with its unique palm forest, and Damnoni are just two of the exceptional options. Majestic gorges, historical sites, and cultural attractions can also be found in the vicinity.
The picturesque village of Plakias, located just a few kilometers from Rethymno, offers numerous tourist attractions. It boasts a wealth of taverns, restaurants, bars, mini markets, car rental agencies, and outdoor activity providers.

On one hand we had a very good time. The view and location was great, the villa was really nice.
On the other hand, when we needed help with a party next door, it came very late and our night was ruined. It left us stranded in a bad situation. Whensee more

Much more responsive reply from someone on the premises is a must. Also the floors and bathing rooms must be cleaned. We understand this not a hotel, but this was less then the minimum.

Die Lage des Appartements und die Aussicht war einfach phantastisch.
Betten, Toilette und Waschbecken waren sauber, Matratzen angenehm weich.
Junge Reinigungskraft freundlich und sehr bemüht.
Kleines Gastgeschenk (Kuchen und Saft) erhalten.

Die Lage des Appartements und die Aussicht war einfach phantastisch.
Betten, Toilette und Waschbecken waren sauber, Matratzen angenehm weich. Junge Reinigungskraft freundlich und sehr bemüht. Kleines Gastgeschenk (Kuchen und Saft) erhalten. Mit dem Auto ist man in ca. 10 Minuten am Strand und der Uferpromenade mit Ihren Geschäften, Bars und Restaurants. In den Restaurants wurden wir mehr als freundlich empfangen und haben hervorragend gespeist. Support Oreo Travel per E-Mail sehr schnell und freundlich. |

Teilweise dreckiges Geschirr und Besteck in den Schränken. Fliegenklatsche in der Besteckschublade neben den Kochutensilien, die in einen insgesamt "schmierigen" Zustand waren. Herdplatte, Fußboden, Fenster + Pool waren nicht ordentlich gereinigt. Wir fanden Dreck und Haare vom Vormieter. Privatsphäre = 0, da die Reinigungskraft von 8 Uhr bis Mittags sämtliche Terrassen und Pools gereinigt hat. Anstatt die oberen separaten Eingänge zu nutzen wurden die Verbindungstüren zwischen den angrenzenden Terrassen genutzt. WLAN mehrfach ausgefallen, Fernsehprogramme nur auf griechisch. Mehrere Baustellen und Baulärm in der näheren Umgebung. Schlüssel für oberen Zugang von der Straße zum Appartement wurde erst auf Nachfrage ausgehändigt. Kommentar - das sei nicht üblich und notwendig, obwohl die Terrasse somit für jeden zugänglich war. Von der Straße aus konnten die Terrassen von neugierigen Fremden eingesehen werden. |
