Petres 4 is a stylish, 100-square-meter villa nestled within a small complex of four exclusive properties, located on the outskirts of Mariou village in southern Crete. Just a short drive from pristine sandy beaches, this serene retreat offers breathtaking views of the South Cretan Sea and the surrounding natural landscape.
Designed on a single level, the villa features a bright, open-concept layout with a spacious living area. Relax on the large corner sofa or enjoy a meal at the dining table, all while gazing out at the private pool and sea beyond.
