Laga1577 Traditional Stone House is a beautifully restored historic residence set in the traditional village of Laga Mylopotamos, at an altitude of 281 meters. Built from natural stone and surrounded by a private 600 sq.m. estate, the property offers privacy, tranquility and open views over the lush valley and surrounding mountains.
The house consists of two interconnected stone buildings that blend authentic Cretan architecture with modern comfort. Wooden ceilings, traditional furnishings and warm decorative elements create an inviting atmosphere while ensuring a comfortable and fully equipped stay.
On the ground floor, guests will find a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with a fireplace and dining area, a comfortable living room with an additional sleeping option, and a bathroom with bathtub. The upper floor – accessible via both internal and external staircase – features two double bedrooms, each with air conditioning and TV, a bathroom with shower, and a lovely veranda with outdoor furniture and panoramic countryside views.
Outside, the private swimming pool is surrounded by lawn, flowers and Mediterranean greenery, offering the perfect setting for relaxation and sunbathing. An ancient olive tree dominates the estate, enhancing the authentic character of the property.
