Accommodation – Comfort, Space & Privacy:
The resort consists of two beautifully appointed buildings, combining contemporary comfort with traditional Cretan character.

The impressive main building features spacious interiors, elegant furnishings and an extensive range of wellness facilities. The accommodation includes 6 bedrooms, comprising: 4 bedrooms with double beds, with the possibility of adding an extra bed in one of them. 2 bedrooms, each furnished with 3 single beds. The main building also features 7 bathrooms, including 6 en-suite bathrooms and 1 guest WC. Guests can enjoy a luxurious and welcoming living room with comfortable sofas, a large satellite TV, a spacious dining area and a fully equipped modern kitchen with all essential appliances. For added convenience, the kitchen features a dedicated filtered drinking-water system with a separate tap, providing fresh, high-quality drinking water throughout your stay. The building is fully air-conditioned and offers high-speed Wi-Fi, satellite televisions and furnished balconies, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing experience.

The charming second building is a beautifully furnished traditional stone house, offering additional privacy and independence within the estate. It features: 2 comfortable bedrooms with double beds. 2 additional sofa beds, providing flexible sleeping arrangements for larger groups. A spacious living room with a large TV. A fully equipped kitchen. A comfortable dining area. 2 bathrooms with showers, one on each floor.

All regular beds throughout the property feature premium Coco-Mat mattresses, carefully selected to provide exceptional sleeping comfort. Together, the two buildings offer 8 bedrooms and flexible sleeping arrangements for a maximum of 21 guests, making Kipo Paradiso an excellent choice for large families, groups of friends and special wellness getaways.

Private Spa, Wellness & Fitness Facilities:
One of the most distinctive features of Kipo Paradiso is its extensive range of private wellness and relaxation facilities, allowing guests to combine a luxury villa holiday with a rejuvenating spa experience. The resort offers: Fully equipped private gym, ideal for maintaining your fitness routine while on holiday. Outdoor yoga area, set on a beautiful lawn surrounded by nature. Dedicated massage room, providing a peaceful environment for professional treatments. Two private Jacuzzi rooms, available upon request at an additional charge. Private sauna, available upon request at an additional charge. Private swimming pools, ideal for relaxation and refreshing moments under the Cretan sun.

The gym area includes 4 showers and 2 additional WCs, while the massage room has its own shower and WC. A further communal WC is available within the main wellness area. All indoor spa and fitness facilities are air-conditioned for maximum comfort. Yoga sessions, massage treatments and other wellness services can be arranged locally upon request at an additional charge, subject to availability. Please note that the sauna and Jacuzzi facilities are not included in the standard accommodation rate. Additional charges are calculated according to electricity consumption.

Private Swimming Pools & Outdoor Living:
The outdoor spaces of Kipo Paradiso have been thoughtfully designed to offer relaxation, privacy and enjoyment for guests of all ages. The property features two private swimming pools. Main Swimming Pool: Measuring 8.40 m × 4.20 m, with a depth ranging from 0.80 m to 1.50 m, the main swimming pool is perfect for swimming, cooling off and relaxing in the sunshine. Pool heating is available upon request at an additional charge, calculated according to electricity consumption. Please note that the pool requires approximately 3 days to reach the desired temperature. Guests wishing to use the heated pool are therefore kindly requested to arrange this service at least 4 days before arrival.

Children's Swimming Pool: A separate children's pool measuring 2.00 m × 2.00 m, with a depth of 0.80 m, offers an additional swimming area for younger guests. Children must always be supervised by an adult.

The surrounding outdoor areas include comfortable furnished relaxation spaces, shaded seating areas and peaceful corners where guests can unwind throughout the day. For guests who enjoy outdoor dining and entertainment, the resort also offers a BBQ area, a traditional wood-fired oven and a table tennis table, creating the perfect setting for enjoyable meals and memorable moments with family and friends.

True to its name, Kipo Paradiso is a little paradise surrounded by nature.The estate extends across 4,000 m² of beautifully landscaped grounds, featuring 12 different gardens with an impressive variety of flowers, plants, fruit trees and seasonal vegetables. Guests are welcome to explore the gardens, enjoy the peaceful surroundings and, by prior agreement with the owner, sample selected seasonal produce grown on the property. The natural setting creates an atmosphere of tranquillity and privacy, making it particularly appealing to those wishing to escape the noise and pace of everyday life. An electric vehicle charging point is also available for guests travelling with an electric car.

Housekeeping & Linen Changes For stays of 6 nights or longer, one complimentary basic cleaning and/or change of bed linen and towels is available upon request, by prior appointment and subject to scheduling and the total duration of the stay.
The swimming pools are serviced daily, except on Sundays, weather conditions permitting, to maintain appropriate cleanliness and water quality.

Waste Collection & Recycling Large general waste and recycling bins are conveniently located in the outdoor area. Our staff empty these bins and replace the bags whenever necessary.
