Unfortunately, there were several issues: Two conflicting addresses were provided, and access to the property was partially blocked by a large construction site right next door. The construction work also caused significant noise. There were too few see more
Unfortunately, there were several issues: Two conflicting addresses were provided, and access to the property was partially blocked by a large construction site right next door. The construction work also caused significant noise. There were too few sun loungers, and some kitchen essentials were missing. There were also minor issues with the faucet and shower drain, although these were fixed quickly.
It would have been important to inform guests about the construction work in advance, as we would have had the option to cancel. To their credit, the hosts offered a partial refund. However, workers also entered the property several times without prior notice to carry out work unknown to us, which was a complete no-go. |

We are sorry that certain aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. Regarding the address information, this is the first time such an issue has been reported, despite welcoming many guests to the property over the last two years without any difficulties. Nevertheless, we will review all directions and location details to ensure complete clarity for future guests. Regarding the neighboring construction works, unfortunately these lasted longer than initially expected due to weather-related delays and circumstances beyond our control. Neither we nor the owner anticipated that the works would continue during your stay. The works have now been completed. As soon as we became aware that they might affect our guests' experience, we offered compensation as a gesture of goodwill. We also acknowledge your comments regarding the sun loungers, kitchen equipment, and the minor maintenance issues. The faucet and shower drain were repaired promptly, and we will review the remaining points to further improve the guest experience. Concerning the presence of workers, their visits were related to the completion of the neighboring works and were not intended to disturb your privacy. However, we understand your concern and agree that better communication should have been provided. As a company with more than 25 years of experience in hospitality and villa management, we always strive to support our guests professionally and resolve any issues as quickly as possible. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve, and we are pleased that despite these temporary inconveniences, you enjoyed many aspects of your stay in Crete. |
