Description
Memoria is an exceptional modern villa, sophisticated decorated located in a picturesque village, 5 minutes from a fantastic beach and just 7km from the vivid atmospheric Rethymno town and its unlimited tourist attractions.
The villa can host up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. On the ground floor, there is a living room with a satellite TV and a large sofa, and a dining area connected to an open-plan fully equipped modern kitchen. Furthermore, there are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed with en suite shower/WC and one with twin beds and also ensuite shower/WC. An internal staircase leads to the upper floor where is one more bedroom, with an ensuite shower/WC, with a big terrace for relaxation and sunbathing.
All areas are air-conditioned and have fast internet Wifi coverage.
There is a private swimming pool and an attached kids-safe pool, exterior furniture for sunbathing by the pool, and dining furniture by the big BBQ under a covered shaded area. There is also a private gym with various instruments at your disposal.
Gerani is a beautiful small village with its own traditional taverns, a famous bakery, and a supermarket. It is just 1 km from the beautiful Gerani beach and 3 km from other sandy beaches of Petres and Episkopi and various beach bars and beach taverns.

The location, very narrow streets. Lost of noise in the surroundings: a school across the valley. Lost of dogs, they bark a lot. Especially during the night. We all didn’t sleep well.

...wir waren sehr skeptisch ob die Anlage auch wirklich so sein würde, wie auf den Fotos dargestellt! Ich muss sagen, wir waren sprachlos bei unserer Ankunft am Abend. Die Vermieter haben auf uns in der Wohnung gewahrtet, obwohl unsere Anreise sich usee more
...wir waren sehr skeptisch ob die Anlage auch wirklich so sein würde, wie auf den Fotos dargestellt! Ich muss sagen, wir waren sprachlos bei unserer Ankunft am Abend. Die Vermieter haben auf uns in der Wohnung gewahrtet, obwohl unsere Anreise sich um zwei Stunden verspätete. Die Beiden waren so herzlich, haben uns das ganze Haus mit Stolz gezeigt und mit uns noch einen Begrüßungs Raki (aus der eigenen Brennerei) getrunken. Zu erwähnen gilt auch noch der schöne Obstkorb, erste kleine Versorgung im Kühlschrank usw. Die Reinigungskräfte kommen alle drei Tage und richten alles so liebevoll her wie am Anreisetag. Um Toilettenpapier und Verbrauchsmaterial brauchte man sich nicht zu kümmern, wurde immer wieder aufgefüllt. Die Lage des Objektes hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen! In diesem kleinen verwinkelten Bergdörfchen, mit Ziegen, Schafen, Katzen und vielen bellenden Hunden, vermuteten wir solch ein tolles Haus nicht. Zur Abreise kamen die Vermieter noch einmal persönlich vorbei und brachten uns auch noch Abschiedsgeschänke. So, so nett! Das war die schönste Fewo die wir bisher bewohnen durften! Eine ganz klare Empfehlung für die Villa Memoria!
