Filade Luxury Villa 2 is a brand-new (built in 2025), elegant property that combines high construction standards with modern comfort. With 2 bedrooms and a capacity for up to 4 guests, it offers a welcoming atmosphere across 90 m² of stylish living space. From its terrace, guests can enjoy breathtaking views of the sea and the surrounding landscape.
The villa is ideally located on the outskirts of Asomatos village, in southern Rethymno, just a short drive from the lively resort of Plakias and the many beaches along the south coast of Crete.
Designed on a single level, the villa features:
-A bright open-plan living area with a comfortable sofa and TV.
-A dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and all necessary kitchenware (refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle).
French doors open out to the spacious exterior, where you’ll find:
-A private swimming pool of 33 sqm with sunbeds and umbrellas.
-A shaded pergola with an outdoor dining area.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Mrs. Aggeliki empfangen und in der ganzen Zeit bei Fragen begleitet.
Der Kühlschrank und Tisch waren mit Leckereien gefüllt!
Im Bad sind sämtliche Hygieneartikel vorhanden.
Die Villa ist sehr sauber und wurde währensee more

Der Kühlschrank und Tisch waren mit Leckereien gefüllt! Im Bad sind sämtliche Hygieneartikel vorhanden. Die Villa ist sehr sauber und wurde während unseres Aufenthaltes einmal gereinigt. Die gesamte Ausstattung ist hochwertig, neu und in vielen Dingen gut durchdacht. Beispielsweise ist der Wäscheständer an der Wand festgeschraubt sodass der Wind keine Chance hat. Der Pool ist sehr groß und war stets sauber. Der Ausblick ist fantastisch und einmalig schön! Der Weg zur Villa ist gut befahrbar. Für den Aufenthalt in dieser Villa empfehlen wir ein Auto / Motorrad. Uns hat einfach alles so gut gefallen, dass wir bestimmt wiederkommen. |
