Boasting a spacious 480 m² interior, this fully equipped and comfortable villa offers stunning views of the surrounding area and lush gardens. Located just a short drive from the vibrant town of Rethymno, the villa provides the perfect blend of serene village charm and easy access to Crete's breathtaking coastlines and attractions. Key amenities, including a variety of sandy beaches and amenities such as taverns, supermarkets, are within a short driving distance of 3 km, while Rethymno Town is only 8 km away. Heraklion Airport is a convenient 78 km from the property, making Villa Arios Lux a great base for exploring the island.
The ground floor features an airy, large, and sunlit open-plan living space. The cozy living room is equipped with a comfortable seating area with a 50’’ TV . Adjacent to the living room, a dining table for eight and a fully equipped modern kitchen invite you to prepare and enjoy traditional Cretan meals. The kitchen is outfitted with all essentials, including an electric stove, refrigerator, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and more. Sliding glass doors connect the living space to the large veranda with an outside dining table and furniture, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor living. Furthermore, on this level there is a bedroom with a queen-size bed and a shower/WC.
Ascending to the first floor, there is a beautiful atrium overlooking the ground floor where you’ll find a playroom–office with books and games. Also on this floor, there is a large master bedroom with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with both a shower cabin and a bathtub with hydro massage, opening to a beautiful balcony with great views and two more bedrooms, one with a queen-sized double bed and a bedroom with two single beds sharing a shower/WC.
Villa Arios Lux's spacious outdoor area is a peaceful haven surrounded by lush greenery and vibrant flowers. The private 50 m² swimming pool, with a depth of from 0,80 m to 1.60 m, is the centerpiece of the terrace. Guests can enjoy sun loungers and umbrellas, the barbecue area, and an outdoor dining table for up to eight, making alfresco dining under the stars an unforgettable experience. This villa has an annex, which has its own private entrance and no access to the rest of the villa and pool. The annex is only occupied by the owner occasionally.

the non working and really dangerous jacuzzi (the jacuzzi is out of order and the water flow through the electrical pump ..
outside, the glass table has a angle broke, dangerous for children ...

outside, the glass table has a angle broke, dangerous for children ... the pressure of the water in the shower is very low the silicon joint in the showers are black due to moisture, need to be change .. using a chinese sticks to hold the shower handle is not really professional at all .. remember the price of the location please . thanks for the others |
