Sofia villa is a modern, comfortable villa ideally located in Agios Kostantinos village, in the middle of Rethymno county, so it is a great starting point for excursions and exploration of both the north and the south coasts of Crete island.
The villa is ideal for families and it can host up to 5 guests in two bedrooms. Entering the villa there is a large living area with a sofa, a dining table, and an open-plan fully equipped modern kitchen. There is a flat-screen satellite TV set, a veranda, and immediate access to the private garden. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, both with independently operated A/C and balconies, while they both share a spacious, modern shower/WC.
The villa is located in a huge 2500 sq.m. private plot, with lawn areas, and various trees, and shaded areas for many hours of relaxation. There is a 25 sq.m. private swimming pool with many sunbeds, umbrella, and various exterior furniture, as well as a BBQ.

Agios Konstantinos and Roustika villages are typical traditional Cretan villages with beautiful countryside, various local products, a famous traditional tavern, and a local mini-market. The beautiful north coast sandy beaches of Episkopi and Petres beach are in a 12 km distance, while the famous south coast tourist resort of Plakias and its magnificent beaches are in a 21km distance.
