Luz villa is a spacious modern villa situated in the resort of Plakias in south Crete next to the beach and all amenities .It has a size of 220 sqm and can accommodate up to 8 persons in four bedrooms. The villa boasts stunning ocean views of the south Cretan Sea and offers its guests a sense of harmony and tranquility while it is the ideal base to explore the south coast of Crete as it is close to numerous other beaches.
On the ground floor there is an open living space with sea view. The open plan area consists of the fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, the living room and the dining area. The modern and fully equipped kitchen provides all essentials for a self-catered vacation.
The living room offers a large corner sofa, a 55’’ HDTV, with large glass doors that open to a terrace with a sitting area overlooking the sea. Next to the living room is the dining area seating 8 guests with large windows which bring in sea views and a shower/ WC. Furthermore in this level there is a bedroom with two single beds (0,90m* 2,00m), which can be joined together to form a King size bed, with en-suite shower / WC.
An internal staircase leads on the upper floor where are three more bedrooms, two of them with a king size bed each (1,80m*2,00m) and each with ensuite bath/WC and one bedroom with two single beds (0,90m* 2,00m), which can be joined together to form a King size bed and ensuite shower/WC .
All four bedrooms have a 32’’ HDTV.
The villa is air-conditioned throughout and offers Wi-Fi in all areas.
What makes Luz villa really special is not only that is next to everything and a car is not needed, unless you wish to explore the beautiful island of Crete but also its outdoor space, which is designed to make the most out of the beautiful and amazing sea views.
