"Elia Maisonette is a charming two-story house with a total area of 70 sq.m., situated near Heraklion, the beach, and local taverns. It is an ideal choice for small families and couples seeking a peaceful getaway. This maisonette is located in the Paleokastro area, just on the outskirts of Heraklion city, the capital of Crete Island. It is part of the Elia Villas complex, which includes 3 one-bedroom maisonettes without swimming pools, 2 two-bedroom maisonettes, each featuring a small private pool, and a 3-bedroom villa with a private pool.
At the entrance of the complex, there is a small snack bar that offers beverages to its clients, making it a convenient spot to grab a refreshing drink.
The one-bedroom maisonette is spread over two floors. On the ground floor, you'll find an open-plan living room with a satellite TV, a dining area, and a comfortable sofa that can accommodate an extra person.
