Anemoni is a 128 sq.m. beautiful villa located in the outskirts of the picturesque village of Gerani, in just a few minutes from a famous traditional tavern and 2,5km from a magnificent cozy sandy beach.It belongs in a small family run complex of 4 villas.
On the ground floor there is a large lounge with fireplace, a dinning area, and a veranda overlooking the pool, the garden and views towards the olive groves, mountains and the sea. On the same floor there is a large fully equipped open plan kitchen with cooker, dishwasher and a washing machine. Also a bedroom with a double bed and an adjacent shower room.
An internal staircase leads to the upper floor where there are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one or two with two singles sharing a large bathroom with a bathtub. Each bedroom has its own balcony overlooking the nice countryside and the sea.
The villa has a private pool with sun beds and umbrellas and BBQ facility.
The area is very beautiful with traditional architecture and nice nature, ideal for walks and scenic drives. In the village there are taverns with very good food quality, a cafe, bakery, mini market, while the beautiful sandy beach is just 2,5km away.
