Constantia is a beautiful villa with a unique character and atmosphere, located in Armeni village, in Rethymno prefecture.
Entering the villa on the ground floor there is a hallway that leads to a Spa room with Sauna, Hammam and Jacuzzi facilities and a shower/WC.

On the roof garden, there is table tennis and there is a nice view to the village of Armeni and the surrounding area.
There is a 25 sq.m. private swimming pool, with an umbrella and surrounded by sunbeds and exterior furniture.
The villa is located in a rural area, with beautiful countryside, next to a virgin oak tree forest, a famous traditional tavern, the Minoan cemetery, and local super-markets. Rethymno town, with its vivid renaissance atmosphere and its beautiful sandy beaches, is 10km away, while the famous south coast tourist resort of Plakias and its fantastic beaches are within a 24km distance.
