Description
Rafaella is a huge 235 sq.m. beautiful villa, 600m from the sandy beach of Sfakaki village and its various restaurants, fish taverns, and cafes by the sea.
The ground floor has a very large living room, with comfortable sofas, a fireplace, a dining area, and a big satellite TV set, while large doors lead to the garden and the swimming pool area. There is also a fully equipped modern kitchen and a separate office where two single beds can host two guests. On the first floor, there are 4 bedrooms, two with double beds and two with single beds. There are two bathrooms and one WC. There are big balconies and a furnished patio, all with great views of the sea.
On the exteriors there is a private 35 sq.m. swimming pool, sun loungers, and various outdoor furniture in a huge private plot garden of 900 sq.m.
There is WiFi coverage and air conditioning throughout the villa.
Sfakaki area has some beautiful sandy beaches and in a few minutes' walk, there are nice taverns and restaurants and a supermarket. The vivid area of Platanes is in just a few minutes drive and Rethymno Town is just 9 km away and there is a bus stop in just 5 minutes walk from the villa.
