Joy Elounda 1 villa is a large 250 sq.m beautiful villa with a breathtaking view of the whole Elounda golf and the sea. It is located on a hill just 1.4 km from the beautiful sandy beaches, supermarkets, taverns, and various shops.
The ground floor of the villa has a large living room and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and is modernly decorated. There are sofas and a dining area, all with stunning views of the area. The first twin-bed bedroom is on this floor.
A staircase leads to the first floor where there are two more bedrooms, both with double beds. All bedrooms have their own private en-suite modern bathroom, while there is a W/C on the ground floor. There are balconies with splendid views of the sea, the area, the garden, and the swimming pool area. The villa is surrounded by a large garden and lawn areas and in front lies a private swimming pool of 35 sq.m. with many loungers and a shaded area.
The area of Elounda is famous worldwide and is packed with all possible tourist amenities, water sports, boat trips, daily travels to Spinalonga and Kolokytha islands, unlimited restaurants, fish taverns, bars, pubs, cafes, supermarkets, and tourist shops.

Terrible access to the villa, It’s clear that the villa is not finished and a lot of things are tentative.
