Description
Villa Adagio is a beautiful contemporary villa located in a peaceful olive grove, with views over the countryside, near Kapsaliana and Amnatos villages and Arkadi monastery, the famous landmark of Rethymno, central Crete. It is ideal for couples and it is part of a complex of two similar villas in a wonderful and unspoiled environment.
Entering the villa, on the ground floor there is a comfortable living room with a large satellite TV, a dining area, and an attached modern open-plan fully equipped kitchen. On the same floor, there is a double bed bedroom with an en-suite modern bathroom. The first floor has another sitting area, a shower and a sun terrace with a great view of the countryside and to the sea. On the exterior areas, there is a private swimming pool, surrounded by a paved pool terrace and exterior furniture and umbrella. There is also a BBQ and a furnished shaded area, overlooking the swimming pool, ideal for dining and spending many leisure moments outside.
The surrounding area is very beautiful, ideal for walks, scenic drives, and visits to many interesting areas. There are taverns in just 10 minutes walk, a mini market in 10 minutes drive while in 20 minutes drive you can reach the sandy beaches of the north coast of Crete as well as Rethymno city with its famous vivid life and unlimited tourist attractions.
